QUALITY INSPECTOR
We are seeking a Quality Inspector for our location at Longbridge Lane, Derby. Joining our Quality team as an Inspector is a great opportunity to start your career in the aerospace and defence supply chain industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining us, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspection of parts, using engineering specifications and measurement equipment like gauges, CMM, non-contact measurement system etc.
In addition, you will have an opportunity to communicate with suppliers to help resolve technical problems. Occasionally you will conduct inspections of materials.
Your duties will also include verification of paperwork in line with Customer and Industry requirements.

You will ensure that customer requirements are understood and translated into robust processes which comply with legal and quality approval requirements.

ABOUT YOU

- Some experience in similar role, potentially within a logistics or warehouse environment
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Some knowledge of ERP systems
