About the role
Our graduate programme will provide you with first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification.

Our Strategic Consultancy team advise clients on all aspects of corporate real estate, from footprint optimisation and location advisory, through to consulting on organisation design and facilities management.

The work we do is key for clients as they need our support to navigate complex business challenges, prompted by transformation and disruption. Therefore, we aim to provide tailored future-proof solutions that drive meaningful business results.

You’ll join us on a 24-month trainee programme and sit within our Strategic Consultancy team for the duration, whilst you work to becoming a Chartered Surveyor (Management Consultant route).

What you’ll be doing

You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions
You’ll attend client meetings and be curious to understand what clients are currently doing and the challenges they are facing
You’ll help analyse what clients are doing and think creatively with the team to consider how we can help
You’ll research and keep up to date with the real estate trends to help with spotting opportunities for clients
You’ll be drafting reports/documentation to showcase potential solutions to clients and recording actions from meetings
You’ll take part in regular raining in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth
You will gain exposure in your team and knowledge to become a Chartered Surveyor

Support from your training provider– They will be teaching the theory behind your role and guiding you to achieving your qualification. This could be through a virtual learning environment, online webinars, workshops, a dedicated Learning Coach.

Training opportunities for everyone – No matter your experience or role, both our Early Careers and Learning teams will provide you with lots of ways to improve and develop your skills, from managing stakeholders and clients to report and pitch writing.

Surveying qualification support – You’ll take part in various workshops to build your knowledge and skills for your Chartership assessment. You will be designated a mentor who will support you throughout the programme.

20% off-the-job training if you are studying with us – If you are a non-cognate and will need to obtain an RICS accredited degree, then you will receive time to study with your training provider, typically one day each week. This time will involve online learning, joining webinars, and completing assignments.

Dress for your diary – Each day will be different, so we trust you to dress according to what you’re doing. For example, if you’re meeting clients then it’s important to dress smartly to reflect the great work we do, and we encourage you dress more casually when you don’t.

QualificationsGCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Degree – 2:1 or above in any Bachelor’s degree in any subject, although a Business, Economics, or Management related subject will be beneficial to you in the role.
