Role: Client Services Co-ordinator

Department: Client Services Team

Locations: Flexible between Plymouth North Hill, Plympton and Plymstock

Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

Our Client Services Team are the first point of contact for prospective clients who get in touch with us and we are looking for a friendly, confident and articulate individual to join our team as a Client Services Co-ordinator.

What will you do? As a leading regional firm of solicitors, Wolferstans regularly receives telephone enquiries and personal visits from potential clients requiring fee and other information about our various legal services.

A natural “people person”, you will have a gift for building rapport and a warm, friendly demeanour. Your conversational and engaging style will help clients appreciate the many benefits of choosing Wolferstans for their legal needs.

Previous experience of relationship building and customer engagement in the ‘service’ sector would be desirable. Individuals without such experience, however, should not be deterred from applying as full training will be given.

Your previous experience of having strong client care skills and excellent time management skills will enable you to manage your own workload, use your initiative and deliver the excellent service expected by our clients.
