As a leading Ecology industry supplier Wildcare specialises in providing products for protected species such as bats, newts, dormice, badgers, and birds, as well as insects and hedgehogs. Wildcare proudly supply a broad customer base, from ecologists to large developers, academics, charities as well as wildlife enthusiasts.
Role Summary:
As a Graduate Sales Advisors, you will be expected to help facilitate sales transactions by advising customers on suitable products that best meet their needs and encourage purchases. You will also be expected to explain product features and benefits to customers, assisting them in locating specified products, and processing customer payments.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise.
- Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner.
- Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail.
- Update customer information in databases.
- Be apart of the Wildcare team, to help grow the number of sales.

Desirable:
- Degree or equivalent qualification/training in Ecology
- A keen interest in wildlife or previous ecological experience would be a benefit.
- Experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role would be a bonus.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
