Job description
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the range of products, services and processes.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and ongoing development of the all core systems Sales & Customer Support use to ensure the systems deliver effectively within the business.
- Maintain core systems, to ensure quality management information can be produced on a regular basis to aid and improve operational activity.
- To aid the sales process ensure exhibitor data is compiled, validated and uploaded into CRM system in line with service level agreement.
- Ensure the defined processes are followed to ensure governance of the data held in the system
- Ensure documentation and training materials are up to date.
- Coordinate implementation activities for any new systems or processes.
- As system expert provide guidance to the team on the use of core systems. This will involve responding to system related queries and resolving them.
