Position Overview:
Working as a liaison between Customer Service, Operations and the Sales team, you will give our customers a world class experience by managing the commercial aspects of their relationship with PST. This will include finding new opportunities for account growth and delivering exceptional service for existing customers
As an introduction into professional sales and service, this role would be a great opportunity to start a career in sales, with a view to becoming an Account Manager within 2-4 years

Main duties:
- You will act as an Account Manager for a low value and/or niche customer base, with the aim of upgrading them into more meaningful customers
- Being responsible for quoting and growing your customer base, along with managing part trackers, lead qualification and generation will be a part of your remit
- You will be involved in expediting negotiations, general service inquiries and quote administration
- You will be expected to assist Account Managers with quote building & updates, quote expiration monitoring, customer presentations, account set-up paperwork, invoicing follow up, and completing the CRM system
- Researching, analyzing, disseminating and maintaining market intelligence information from a variety of third-party data sources on prospect accounts will be a part of this role
- There will be opportunities for you to support special projects as they arise; you will independently offer and create suggestions on sales team efficiency improvement opportunities
Key candidate requirements:
- You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are able to be creative and innovative with work processes and help define this role’s functions without needing to be told to do so
- You have a high level of job independence and strong computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Comms, Technology or related field would be advantageous but isn't essential

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
