Our client is a leading insolvency firm who are growing year after year and is looking for an ambitious individual to join their office in North London! They are developing new and exciting ways to win and deliver work as well as supporting and training their teams to be best at what they do.
Once trained, your key responsibilities will be:
· Assisting with Corporate Insolvency Cases
· Liaising with agents and solicitors regarding live cases
· Preparing statutory paperwork and other legal documents
· Aiding in the preparation of documents for banks and other financial institutions
· Assisting with the disposal of assets, collection of debts and the distribution of funds
· Drafting correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request
· Providing Ad-hoc administrative support to the team as required
· Filing of all documentation
Key skills required
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work at all levels
· Ability to adapt to different situations
· At least 2 A Levels (or equivalent) and GCSE passes in Maths and English of grade C or above
