Milestone Infrastructure are the UKs leading highways maintenance provider looking after 24,000 miles of roads, 280,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with minimal impact to local communities
In line with our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Graduate Estimator to join us in our bid writing team. This is part of the central work winning function, and offers challenge and variety for the chosen candidate. This role will involve working with numbers, and the ideal candidate will come from a commercial, engineering or project management background. Due to the nature of the role, we require a team player who is able to collaborate successfully with key stakeholders within the business, along with offering analytical problem solving solutions. You will work in a hybrid way from our Beaconsfield office or from home but there may be an element of travel when you are fulfilling your role.
We welcome applications from graduates studying a quantity surveying, civil engineering or mathematical discipline. This is a structured, proven route to a management role in one of the most forward-thinking construction companies in the UK.
You will also be able to:
- Demonstrate estimating experience through either learning or practical working
- Communicate and collaborate successfully
- Have the ability to learn and develop
