Your Role
You will be involved in managing the Council’s property portfolio and advising the Council on landlord & tenant matters, property acquisitions and disposals to maximise income and capital receipts, and to generally help secure value for money.
You will have:
Level 1 - Either a RICS accredited estates management degree, or relevant experience in a surveying role.
Level 2 - RICS accreditation and significant experience in a surveying role. Successful completion of year one of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
Level 3 - AssocRICS membership, or sufficient experience to enable you to become a full Member of the RICS following an approved period of Assessment of Professional Competence, structured training and the final RICS interview examination.
Level 4 - Membership or Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS).
