HR Projects Consultant - Remote based in the UK
Salary: £35k - £40k depending on experience
Are you an experienced HR Professional looking for your next exciting challenge with the flexibility to work remotely from home within a positive and enthusiastic HR team fully focused on improvement?
You will naturally work in collaboration as ‘One Team’ with our Ardonagh Advisory HR colleagues, HR Centres of Excellence, Recruitment, Reward, Learning & Development, and other HR functions to support the delivery of HR Projects to help us drive forward our strategic priorities.
We are looking for someone who will manage the full project lifecycle of medium to large scale HR projects, creating cross functional project teams as required.
Having HR project management experience is a prerequisite to this role. It’s important that the best candidate is an approachable individual who is self-motivated and proactive. We also need an exceptional communicator who can build and maintain secure relationships by demonstrating integrity and ownership.
Some other key accountabilities include:
- Lead and deliver HR projects end to end aligned to our strategic priorities.
- Lead on process improvement activities including interpreting and creating meaningful process maps for our HR processes.
- Meticulously manage project timelines, scope and risks; maintaining project documentation, producing status reports and communicating to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Effectively coordinate project teams to achieve required outcomes against agreed deliverables.
- Monitor and manage regular status reporting, escalating business risks where appropriate.
- Actively contribute to the learning culture; by sharing knowledge and seamlessly transitioning projects to BAU.
About you:
You’ll be someone has experience of working on projects within a HR environment with a strong knowledge of HR practices. This is a trusted position you will be experienced in always maintaining strict confidentiality. We are also looking for:
- Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills with first class expectation management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with the ability to produce business cases with sound options and rationale.
- You’ll be naturally curious and want to understand the “why” behind the “what”.
- A problem solver with the ability to take a logical approach to solving problems.
- An amazing eye for detail, self-motivated and well organised
- An inquisitive approach to all that you do; you’re comfortable asking questions of your stakeholders to fully understand their requirements.
- Experience with Cascade HR or Networx Systems is desirable but not essential.
- Project management experience
- CIPD qualification desired but not essential
