Your Role:
Trainee Consultant (Entry Level)
- Master the art of calls and appointments.
- Identify the right candidates through application review.
- Provide top-notch customer service through emails and calls.
- Nurture client relationships through follow-ups.
- Rise to the challenge of a 5-month promotion target.
- Aim for an average OTE of £30K+ (Uncapped commission).
Projected Progression (within first 5 months):Account Manager
- Initiate business development strategies.
- Manage a dedicated client database.
- Oversee client installment plans.
- Keep consistent customer interactions for strategic growth.
- Lead your fellow team members towards shared success.
- Expect an average OTE of £45K+.
