Job Spec/Qualifications:
The IT Core Services Senior manager will play a crucial role in Solera’s day-to-day operations and initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a deep level of technical experience, focused on the Microsoft infrastructure space (On Prem/Azure AD, Messaging/Exchange, Office365, Sharepoint, InTune, SCCM and in other IT infrastructure technologies such as VMware, enterprise networking or other disciplines. While the role is very certainly one that centralizes around management, deep technical experience and repeated examples of success in a senior level technical position will be required for success.
Soft skills: Proficient organizational, written/verbal communication. Proven experience in building and motivating teams.
Must: 8+ years of experience in technical IT engineering role, 3+ years in IT leadership role (the teams is of 10+ engineers currently), senior level troubleshooting and architectural skills. Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SharePoint, Intune and SCCM. PowerShell.
Desirable: Scripting, VMWare/Virtualization, Enterprise networking, Linux, experience building and motivating teams, managing large teams. Bash and Python.
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support a regional team of over 10 engineers of IT core services engineers
- Provide senior level technical leadership for an active and fast paced IT environment
- Maintain communications with stake holders, executives, colleagues and customers
- Work with collaborative global teams to support a collaborative design and problem solving environment
- Maintain global standards in project delivery, user experience standards, and logical infrastructure guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $100,671.46 - $145,050.46 per year
