Job description – Graduate Civil Engineer
Equilibrant is specialist civil & structural engineering consultancy based in Belfast with work throughout Ireland. With our unique expertise, we assist public and private clients with condition appraisal and life cycle management of vital civil infrastructure including bridges, buildings, car parking structures, marine structures, water & wastewater structures, and heritage refurbishment.
Equilibrant also operate as fully certified HSE Diving Contractor.
Due to a rapidly expanding workload Equilibrant are delighted to offer exciting opportunities for motivated Graduate Engineers to join our highly experienced team.
The role will involve assisting our senior engineers with structural design and assessment of vital civil/marine infrastructure, assisting with underwater inspections, topographical/bathymetric surveys and bridge scour assessment, assisting with concrete condition surveys, assisting with inspection reports, and producing Auto CAD drawings.
Essential
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working in a team environment and sharing ideas.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Full clean UK driving license.
- Dedicated to self-development and Continual Professional Development.

Salary: £20,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
