What will you be doing?
Reporting into the Accounting Manager, you will be assisting with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and other general Accounting tasks.
This is a part-time opportunity, based in-office 3 days a week.
Location: #10-6150 Kennedy Road, Mississauga, ON
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Receivable: Set up new customer accounts, process invoices and receive payments using Quickbooks.
- Perform sales reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable: Input expenses into Quickbooks and ensure timely payment.
- Other Administrative duties as required.
Required Experiences:
- Completion of Post-Secondary program in Accounting
- Min. 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper
- Proficient working with QuickBooks Online & Excel
- Solid understanding of accounting practices and policies in Canada including sales, payroll, and corporate taxation.
- Availability to work in-office 3 days/week
