Join Subsea7 as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer and unlock your potential in delivering engineering solutions for diverse projects. As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Subsea7, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engineering solutions for a wide range of mechanical projects, including Pipelay, Crane and ROV systems, back deck equipment for ships, and offshore mechanical handling systems.
What will you be doing?
- Utilise your expertise in mechanical engineering, adhering to design codes, legislative requirements, and best practices
- Deliver high-quality engineering solutions, including reports, calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, and more
- Conduct analysis and design using advanced software packages
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, client specifications, and scopes of work
- Prepare and review design documentation, feasibility reports, and equipment specifications
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and understand project interfaces
- Occasionally work on-site or offshore
What experience would we like you to have?

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- General awareness of the marine and/or oil and gas industry
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, FS2000, ANSYS, or similar software
- Keen interest in working towards professional chartered status
