Job description
The job holder will project manage a variety of B2B and B2C digital marketing channels; and effectively coordinate digital communications including social media, e-CRM and YouTube management with support from HQ digital team; local creative team and direction from the Marketing Director.
The role will also sometimes assist in the production and execution of virtual events and webinars with support from the marketing team, technical team and product managers. Work closely with product managers and technical team to effectively coordinate, manage and broadcast weekly bulletins.
Responsibilities
· Plan and execute daily social media posts to maintain our multi-channel communications
· Provide accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI
· Edit & localize digital materials supplied by local Product management team and HQ marketing
· Some projects will require originating new copy for B2B and B2C digital communications in collaboration with the in-house design team
· Plan and execute weekly bulletins and separate e-shots to meet the needs of technical, product and marketing teams
· Work closely with product managers and technical team to effectively coordinate, manage and broadcast webinars/technical update videos
Required Experience
· Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SEM, SEO
· Experience using Marketing Automation platforms
· Experience with Adobe creative suite
· Experience in Marketing related field or relevant experience
· Excellent level of spoken and written English
Knowledge and Competences
· Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
· Proven track record of successful project management delivery
· Organizational skills, prioritizing and working across projects
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Experience within the Security industry (desirable)
· Experience with Adobe Analytics (AA) (desirable)
Competences
· Excellent copywriting and project management experience is essential
· Strong collaborative skills required to manage multiple stakeholders with varying levels of marketing experience
· Demonstrate capability to deliver communications in a fast paced technology environment
· Able to tailor communication styles to be effective with particular audiences
· Ability to think about the next steps required and make decisions within project requirements
· Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
· Able to present facts and ideas clearly and succinctly – including digital measurements, reporting and analytics

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
