Graduate Developer

Our graduate scheme will give you real hands-on experience as you rotate around our small approachable development teams. As part of the program, you’ll have access to training opportunities throughout as well as learning from our more senior developers. We welcome high-calibre graduates to apply especially from Computing Science or Software Engineering related disciplines.

What you’ll be doing:
· First 3-months: You’ll
· Meet your development team, learn our processes and products.
· 3 -18 months: You’ll
· Rotate around our 3 product teams and contribute to team objectives through development, unit and automation testing.
· Continuously improve your technical and product knowledge to increasingly lead on the development of new items.
· 18-24 months: You’ll
· Be leading on new feature development.
· Be researching/prototyping potential solutions
· Be training new graduate developers
· Implement our software products and build processes for new customers and new entrant banks.
· Provide on-site client services, working with banking institutions to optimise their regulatory banking operations.
· 18-24 months: You’ll
· Permanently join one of the above teams and lead on their specific projects.
What we’re looking for:
· You’ll ideally hold a degree (2:1 or above) in Computing Science or Software Engineering. If you don’t have a degree, but can demonstrate technical ability, then we’re still interested in hearing from you and would welcome your application.
· You’ll have strong programming core skills and familiarity with SQL databases.
· Having experience of developing in C# will be considered an advantage, as would strong experience in other object-oriented languages.
· You’ll be enthusiastic, articulate and an intelligent self-starter in your approach to work.
· You’ll be passionate about doing quality work.
