Job description
- Covering the IT Support Helpdesk, providing responsive, consistent, high-quality support to our end-users and meeting service targets.
- Deploying, configuring, testing and supporting the desktops, laptops, systems software, applications software and mobile phones used at Trayport.
- Monitoring and supporting servers, networking systems and telecoms systems.
- Adhering to IT policies, processes, procedures and checklists at all times.
- Helping to ensure that key systems are available 24 hours a day, and that business continuity is assured in the event of disruptions.
- Managing long-term projects and smaller ad hoc tasks concurrently, and tracking time spent accurately.
