About the role:
The University of Sunderland in London are looking for an e-Learning Support Officer Apprentice to join their team within their London-based campus!
Main Responsibilities:
This Apprenticeship will allow you to gain new skills, knowledge, and experience by working in a busy and complex Digital Learning Team. You will support the University of Sunderland in London’s (UoSiL) use of Digital Learning platforms, with tasks including:
- Working collaboratively in the development of learning through digital transformation.
- Providing support to staff and students.
- Helping resolve issues.
- Providing advice on the use of technologies to aid teaching and learning.
Skills:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about learning technologies and have previous experience supporting VLE or online platforms.
- You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build productive working relationships with different audiences and have solid organisational skills.
- Your customer service skills will be second to none and you will be adept at motivating peers and other users to engage with technologies.
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
