The Role:

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Graduate Consulting Analyst to join the team this Spring. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and innovative consultancy. You will gain exposure to both senior directors and clients, allowing you to develop unparalleled knowledge of the financial services and banking industries. This challenging role will involve:

• Simultaneously working on a variety of client projects.
• Conducting analysis and research on banking, financial services, and cutting edge marketing strategies across both the UK and European markets.
• Specific research into product and service innovations, launches and developments in the industry.
• Doing more specific research into a client's performance and products to identify strategic growth opportunities allowing them to maximise customer value and ensure sustained growth.
• Writing reports, creating presentations to deliver back to directors and eventually clients.
• The opportunity to travel with directors on client visits, both nationally and internationally.

The package is excellent and includes a £30K starting salary with a competitive performance based bonus.

This role is to start as soon as possible this spring so you must have already graduated to apply.

Requirements:

• Excellent academics with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
• Commercially aware, able to understand financial services
• Strategic, pragmatic and logical with a good head for numbers, able to spot trends in data.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
• Superb communication skills
• Fluency in a European language is highly desired
