The Enable Group, formed from an MBO in July 2020 is formed around a infrastructure construction business focussed on rail and power. Our main business with in the group is, Enable Infrastructure (formerly BCM Construction).
We are award-winning specialists in delivering UK infrastructure projects on time and on budget. Our highly competent, well-trained teams boast long years of experience in buildings, civils and power systems. We work across multiple sectors, including rail, utilities and highways.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Have completed a relevant Degree or Masters level qualification such as Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Commercial
- Not essential - Qualified in P3 and P6 primavera planning or other planning software.
- Not essential - Experience of working with P3 or P6 in a planning/programming capacity with in construction
- To be a flexible and innovative self-starter who brings a curious mindset to finding solutions for real-world problems
- You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
- Correlate schedule, cost and risk assessment through integrated solutions to influence critical path analysis thus providing robust/quality plans for decision making.
- Work closely with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules, and manage the interface between schedules.
- Support contractor requirements working with the Senior Planner.
- Sustain - lead the evaluation of contractor interface reporting including earned value management performance.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams and external stakeholders
