YOUR ROLE
- Join the great team of Henkel’s Industrial Adhesive Division with the exciting job opportunity as Business Development and Strategy Analyst Graduate.
- You will support the delivery of the growth targets across both the regional and global account portfolio.
- Assisting the team by developing and delivering sales tools (presentations, promotional collateral, sample packs etc).
- Provide in-depth evaluation and interpretation of business management and development tools.
- You are committed to driving product costing and pricing analysis initiatives to ensure we deliver the best value to our customers.Conduct market research projects (customer scouting / evaluation / contacts), and present recommendations to team.
- Engage in Social Selling activities.
- You will collaborate with global Intern team across P&IA Globally (Germany & USA).

This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and expertise across a wide range of Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Business / Operations Analysis and Sales Support.The program will include working closely with the Business Directors, Global & Regional Key Account Managers, Marketing & Customer Activation, Application Engineering, Business Strategy & PMO Teams.

YOUR SKILLS
- You should graduate (before September 2023 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Full clean valid Driving Licence & Passport
- Proactive, passionate, keen to learn, team player
- Good intercultural sensitivity
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical problem solver with high attention to detail
- Personal initiative, with the ability to take on a high level of autonomy
- Exceptional IT skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 28th November – 3rd January 2023 but may close earlier if volumes are high.
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview or receive a phone interview from the team.
- If your phone/video interview is successful, you will be invited to a first stage interview at the end of January.
