In order to support our existing Business Analysts, we are looking for a Graduate Analyst. This role could be based in Killingholme or Purfleet depending upon the candidates location.
Within this challenging role, you will operate alongside our experienced Business Analysts who will offer support and guidance. You will work with management on Commercial, Administrative, Operational and Infrastructure Development projects, to determine and implement specific needs and priorities within the organisation. You will become a multi-faceted professional that can be utilised in hyper responsive environments and overall business strategy. Your work will be based around the pillars of Systems, Process and Strategy Analysis and Implementation. The training programme will secure the successful candidate an equivalent of a Level 5 or Level 6 (degree) qualification.
Your role
· You will be involved in supporting the Improvement process and systems across the business.
· You will communicate with departments across the business and understand their needs.
· Mapping out departmental workflows to gain a better understanding of their processes.
· Creating suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes?.
· You will assist in supporting teams in problem solving, working with Microsoft Excel which will include data collection to inform analysis.
Your profile
· You will hold an A Level in Mathematics
· You will be a team player with a love for technology and its application
· You will have excellent IT and navigational skills throughout Excel and other similar applications are desirable
· You will be able to prioritise and organise your workload, be adaptable and of analytical mindset.
