We are seeking an enthusiastic, versatile and efficient individual to join our committed team to support the graduate application process. Our goal is to attract and retain the very best applicants to Oxford by providing a first-class service. The University receives in excess of 30,000 applications a year from students in the UK and worldwide.
You will provide day-to-day support and coordination for the processing of these applications and will respond to enquiries from our applicants, as well as academic and administrative staff in departments and colleges.
You will understand the importance of high standards of customer service. As well as being able to rapidly acquire the IT skills to handle the processing of applications, you will have experience of using complex business processes, systems and databases, and possess the analytical skills to contribute to improvements to admissions and customer service processes.
The role requires a high level of personal discretion, as well as the ability to manage day-to-day work effectively and independently.
Ability to attend to routine tasks is needed, and to undertake recurring tasks accurately and thoroughly while following University policies.
