- SHIFT PAY of £11.00 per hour Monday to Friday and £11.50 per hour at Weekends

Community Care Assistant role:
- Previous experience in a supporting or care role desired but not necessary, as full training will be given
- Candidate must have genuine empathy and compassion
- Be able to provide excellent care and support
- Have Positive interaction skills
- Be self-motivated & well organised
- Be Flexible to respond to the changing needs of those who we support and the company requirements.
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a core staff team
- Be able to drive and have access to a vehicle
Skills and Experience Required:
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred, not essential
- 2 Years experience is preferred but not essential
