As a Customer Success Manager within a Global CS Team, you will own a customer portfolio for which you are the central conduit responsible for customer adoption and partnering for account growth and retention.
You will collaborate with multiple internal and external teams, so you will have excellent project management skills, be highly proactive, eager to learn, and operationally efficient.
You will make your customers successful through making the most of the Phrasee platform, hold onboardings, customer calls and present customer reports in QBR Meetings.
What you'll do:
- Hold full ownership of your customer portfolio – the customers you will own may be UK or USA based;
- Immerse yourself in knowing all there is to know about the Phrasee platform and suite of channels and features - ensuring high levels of platform and feature adoption;
- Problem solve and present solutions to customers;
- Hold customer calls and Customer Success Meetings both in person and online;
- Anticipate, pre-empt, and resolve problems;
- Use your commercial eye to spot opportunities for account growth;
- Have high project management skills and prioritize your workload;
- You will co-own the customer account plan, internal reporting, focused on goals, actions and timelines;
- Proficient and able to work with CRM and project tools;
- Be a subject matter expert in front of your customers and your peers;

Your must-have experience:
- This can be a great path into the world of Customer Success for the right candidate – experience in this exact role isn’t required but you must be a quick learner and highly motivated.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer role or relevant experience in Marketing Tech/ESP and/or digital marketing environment would be highly beneficial.
Location:
- This role requires a minimum of 2 days per week in our Soho office

£32,000 - £35,000 a year
