We are looking for an exceptional and experienced project manager that will lead the implementation of an HRIS system globally. As a Workday Product Lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation, from vendor- and implementation selection to requirements gathering, global blueprint definition, go-live , maintenance and ongoing training of the system post go-live. You will work closely with global stakeholders, C level and local people teams.

For HRIS implementation:
- Work with the vendor project management team and other internal teams (Tech, Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations, etc.) to lead and track all aspects of the project.
- Under the direction of HR, lead the completion of HRIS implementation projects and initiatives across Europe, US and Turkey.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration using the functional consultants and be able to use yourself as an extra pair of hands if necessary.
- Track and manage milestones working with internal and external teams to resolve issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns applications.
- Lead the review, testing and deployment procedures for HRIS
- Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings as needed.
For HRIS Maintenance:
- Definition of system usage and efficiency KPIs and regular tracking, actioning non-achieved KPIs
- Proactively identify new trends and developments to recommend system or process changes
- Monitor and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation.
- Regular reporting to leadership and review and provision on reporting to all country teams Partner with the HR team on the generation of daily, monthly, and quarterly reports for Stakeholders.
- Respond to user needs/questions and recommend solutions for recurring system issues.
- Lead system updates, new module releases and required system changes during definition, testing and deployment and grow adoption rates
- Represent HRIS across the organization and ensure alignment and collaboration with IT and other stakeholders for continuous monitoring, integrations and maintenance.
What You'll Bring
You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in project/programme management
- Extensive HRIS Implementation and Maintenance experience across different modules (Compensation, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll) in different countries ideally in Workday and SuccessFactors.
- Strong Analytical, Excel, Data management skills
- Ability to manage project timeline, budget, risks and scope and experience with maintaining project documentation, production of status reports and SteerCo communication
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities while multitasking and aligning activities
- Strong leadership skills to manage different stakeholder groups and project team members with problem-solving skills with flawless oral and written communication skills
