Job description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing strategies to increase customer loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing accurate reports on customer activity. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide timely reports to management on customer activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
