Orka Financial are currently working with a global business based in West Drayton who are looking to hire a Finance Assistant, you will be a key member of the finance team, reporting into the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, working within an established accounting department.
Offering hybrid working and a progressive culture, the role will involve all aspects of AR and AP processes across the businesses with a global client base, including billing, credit control, cash allocating and reconciliations.
Input of purchase invoices and credit notes- Manual in put of over head invoices.
- Maintenance of customer details including the addition of new customers.
- Reconcile supplier accounts between our account system and their statements
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of monies received to customer accounts.
- Contact customers requesting payment of their account.
- Send out customer statements to correct contacts.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Ensure that all supplier statements are reconciled and entered correctly into the system prior to payments being made.
- Work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
