This role is 100% remote, based in GMT timezone
Armis is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Program Management Office and the CMO, you will be directly helping to ensure the marketing team and stakeholders are kept happy and informed.
The right candidate will thrive in this diverse and exciting role, where you get to collaborate with key members across the business.
This is an internal administrative role with the opportunity for occasional international travel.
Responsibilities:
Organizing, hosting and coordinating all internal marketing:
- Town halls (company updates)
- Marketing Leadership meetings
- Marketing Department (calls)
- Off-sites (physical & virtual)
- Lunch & learns (virtual)
- Internal news updates (bi-weekly)
- Our new intranet section
- CMO emails & updates
- Employee reward gifts
- Organize our google drive
- Bonusly point allocations
- Seasonal celebrations
- Marketing recognition awards
Additional administrative responsibilities, directly to support the CMO, include:
- Expense submissions
- Travel arrangements
- Visa Assistance
You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and be great at prioritizing and collaborating to get the job done!
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience in an administrative/ business support role - ideally with 2 years within Marketing
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and/or G-suite equivalent - especially Excel
- Ability to draft / wire copy
- Must be open to occasional travel for key events
