This role supports the GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business by coordinating with internal stakeholders to support programs that deliver on business priorities and marketing objectives. This role will ensure the seamless function of the marketing team by ensuring key activities are managed, tracked and communicated. Job Description
Responsibilities
Support Global Marketing Operations in the roll-out of an omnichannel marketing organisation by delivering consistent improvements in process and technology.
Support the Global Marketing Communications Leaders by tracking and reporting progress of marketing campaigns to ensure continuous learnings are engrained into future marketing campaigns.
Build great stakeholder relationship through continuous communication with the Global and Regional Marketing Teams.
Support the Global Corporate Marketing Communications team by facilitating the wing-to-wing AST process ensuring the compliant approval of high-risk events, speaks and payments.
Managing new suppliers and confirming with stakeholders that they have been added to the system.
Assist in overall budget management by raising, tracking and reporting on overall department budget, including management of all purchase orders.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, operations or a related field
Some experience in marketing, marketing operations, compliance or related field
Knowledge of, and experience with, marketing automation, content management and CRM tools
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, global teams, multiple levels and outside vendors
Experience managing agency relationships
Campaign, project management and/or compliance experience
Confident and team-centric self-starter
Desired Characteristics
Pharmaceuticals product/industry acumen
Knowledge of, and experience with, marketing automation, content management, CRM tools and/or SSP, Excel, Smartsheets
Experience executing, and measuring content marketing programs
Experience working in a compliance organisation
Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Fully trained and knowledgeable on all key pharmaceutical promotional guidelines
Responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory approval compliance for all marketing communications prior to external release
