We are looking to recruit a Smart Meter Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Perth on a Temporary ongoing basis. This is a great opportunity to join a stable industry with excellent opportunities to gain permanent employment.

Contract: Temporary Ongoing (minimum 5 months)

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour (£477 per week - pre-tax)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: Hybrid Working - currently 2/3 day in the office 2/3 days at home

The Role:

• Using a Predictive Dialler to make outbound calls
• Dealing with inbound internal calls
• Booking smart meter appointments for Business Customers
• This is not a hard sales role, you will be explaining the benefits of getting a free smart meter installed.

The Successful Candidate:

• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Good IT Skills
• Good Communication skills
• Administrative Experience
