The Global Learning Academy provides learning and development experiences for all our colleagues worldwide and we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as our Strategy and Transformation Manager. The role will help us in the next stage of our journey to drive amazing colleague learning and development experiences that demonstrates that every colleague matters and help everyone can realise their full potential and allows BA to thrive.
Reporting directly to the Director of the GLA, you will work collaboratively across the business to ensure the effective development and delivery of the GLA Strategy and Transformation agenda. You will play a pivotal role in prioritising work, driving transformation streams, and executing strategic initiatives. You will also be working alongside with senior stakeholders and leadership teams across the airline to shape our long-term learning strategy ensuring we can meet our future work force plan with a focus on our colleague and customer experience.

Experience of leading/ managing transformation streams within a complex organisation is essential for this role.
