Position Overview
As the Global Head of Healthcare Consulting Solutions, this leadership role will report directly into the Head of CRM Excellence within the Global Commercial Operations and requires strong collaboration with zone business leads and technical leadership globally. Responsibilities include leadership of the global HCS organization, integration of HCS to be high performing in the new commercial model and execution of the Healthcare Consulting strategy. The role includes global accountability for management and expansion of the Healthcare Consulting business with the goal to increase LD’s competitiveness and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Integrate the global HCS organization into the new commercial structure to drive customer and Siemens Healthineers success
- Continuously improve the training/tools/processes provided by Global HCS enabling the consultants world-wide
- Optimize current tool set and device a future tool set/processes that drives greater margin performance in the automation and complex customer solutions
- Analyze and align on market trends and customer/field feedback with franchise heads and R/D especially Atellica, Automation, Digital to continuously improve product development or HCS consulting tools/process.
- Analyze and address gaps to outperform global competition, ascertaining data and knowledge requirements and applying it to decisions on planning, programming, investments, and resource requirements.
- Staffing, motivating, developing, coaching, and directing the Healthcare consulting team.
- Develop the HCS team towards a finance impact thinking, with an end point of strong presentations towards customers finance heads.
The primary focus is to ensure both Siemens Healthineers and the customer achieves success using value quantification and solution/service differentiation with measurable outcomes yielding profitable growth and increased customer satisfaction scores.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
- Degree in Health Science, Engineering and/or Business Administration or at least 10 years of successful experience in a directly related field. Must have Medical Diagnostics experience..
- Fully conversant with laboratory operations, terms and technologies in Blood Sciences
- Process improvement methodologies e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, audit and change management
- Experience in global markets and collaboration across a matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer focused
- Strategy, planning and execution skills.
- Understanding of data analytics and applications to commercial strategy.

The pay range for this position is $218,670 - $295,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The target bonus is 30%. The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S.
