This position will be a vital part of the finance team during one of the most exciting times as we expand our value creation journey as a key strategic cell for the M&M’s® Brand, over the next few years. This position will be a key player of our Global FP&A organization that is responsible to ensure that our reporting is robust allowing our entire business to gain maximum insight in a very fluid and changing retail environment. The Global FP&A Analyst will collaborate with various functions while creating value through continuous improvements.
What are we looking for?
University Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Must have a high degree of self-direction with the ability to constantly seek innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
Must be proactive, high energy, detailed-oriented when appropriate, results-oriented, and willing to drive change.
Strong level of learning agility coupled with advanced Excel skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
Responsible for the creation and management of relevant reports/charts necessary for periodic communication within MRG and Mars Snacking (ie Period Memo charts, YEE charts, period close charts, etc.)
Business partner responsible to ensure Overheads reporting and budgeting is being updated and managed locally and within corporate. Lead periodic reviews with all Overhead functions.
Responsible for all Period close OH entries as well as the analysis and appropriate reconciliations.
Responsible to ensure the cost center reporting and master data is maintained and accurate coupled with any needed training.
Responsible for the maintenance and enhancements of all the financials.
Management of All Templates to ensure legal entity and reporting compliance
Any special projects
