About The Role

This rewarding role will be based in our Carlisle branch and encompasses team development to support delivery of our sales strategies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Retail Regional Manager to define retail store targets
  • Managing the cost base of the retail store in line with agreed expenditure targets
  • Taking accountability for the health and safety, security and maintenance of the store
  • Developing and ensuring excellent relationships with the regional and local branch team
  • Accountability for the execution of retail store sales and marketing activity plan
  • Being involved in area management meetings
  • Participating and travel to training events and other business activities
  • Accountability for BSI/Internal audit compliance
