Due to our continued success and growing business demands, we currently have a vacancy open for a full time Executive Assistant. We are looking for an individual who can display a high-level of professionalism, with strong IT and Microsoft excel skills to accomplish their day-to-day tasks. The role requires involvement in a wide range of key administrative tasks and business support, including executive communication, handling of corporate documents, and arranging meeting/events, all undertaken with a flexible, proactive, and resourceful approach.

Key Accountabilities
- Handle sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel and business information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Provide full administration support to our Partner and respective team members.
- Liaise with colleagues including senior management and external contacts.
- Proactive management of extensive email and diary planning.
- Create excel spreadsheets/agendas/minutes/reports/invoices and Barker presentations.
- Assist with the submission and regular monitoring of a number of applications.
- Proactive approach to implementing enhanced administrative procedures.
- Organize and book external events and associated transport/car parking and accommodation.
- Process Partner’s expenses in a timely fashion.
- Conduct research and provide analysis where required.
- Utilise Deltek and other companywide systems for storing project, client information and personal data to an accurate level.
- Subject to business requirements, flexibility to perform any other duties at the same level of accountabilities and responsibilities.
Specialist Knowledge and Qualifications
- Strong IT focused experience.
- Good industry experience.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Secretarial/office administration qualification or experience.
- Advanced in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Has strong mathematical skills.
- A strong personality, with confident and persuasive traits.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
