Job description
Our four strategic global partnerships offer Lancaster degrees in China, Germany, Ghana and Malaysia. The vision for these partnerships is to offer a full university experience across teaching, research and engagement. Our strategy aims to realise the potential of this network to enhance our reputation as a transnational University, operating as interconnected campuses and strategic partners - a global HE ecosystem that enables a distinctive offer and brand.
The university places great emphasis on a strong student experience: students coming to Lancaster broaden their horizons, learn new subjects, find new perspectives and discover new experiences as part of a community that reaches around the world.
The Role
You will be highly user focused and able to demonstrate a track record of delivery. You will bring experience of project / programme management and business process improvement which you will use to develop our systems as we look to streamline the mobility and student funding processes across the university.
The Team
- Study Abroad
- Credit-bearing summer schools
- Short programmes overseas
- Internationalisation and digital projects
- Mobility funding
It is a very busy team with a wide range of activity across the year. We have experienced a regularly changing landscape in recent years with Brexit, Turing funding and Covid, which drives us to be innovative and responsive to the many changes that have impacted student mobility.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will also be highly organised, have excellent communications skills and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders.
