WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of export compliance, international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel, G Suite, Tableau, Mode, or other similar software.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Analyze and evaluate logistics data, including transportation costs, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency while ensuring export compliance.
- Develop and maintain logistics models and tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure export compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and resolve logistics-related issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics, supply chain management, and export compliance.
