- Contribute to the implementation, monitoring and reporting on progress of our Disability Inclusion Strategy
- Work on strengthening technical, leadership and organizational capabilities to address and deliver effective disability inclusion
- Work with global and regional HR teams to support the provision of high-quality advice on disability inclusion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to engage and support initiatives to advance our disability inclusion actions
- Focus on intersectionality and contribute to additional DE&I projects to help further accomplish our DE&I vision and goals
Your team
You'll be a member of the global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. We focus on the design, implementation and ongoing management of best practices when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion. Our work wins awards. Within our purpose-driven work environment, you will be responsible for bringing tangible change and supporting people with disabilities reach their fullest potential within the firm.
Your expertise
- A sound understanding of DE&I and several years of experience working in the field of disability inclusion
- A broad knowledge of relevant global legislation (e.g. Americans with Disabilities Act, UK Disability Discrimination Act, Swiss Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz etc.)
- Project management and experience of design, implementation and ongoing management of strategies and initiatives aimed at removing barriers and supporting neurodiverse people and people with disabilities at work
- Able to to leverage relationships, networks and connections to influence, inspire and facilitate change
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting in a range of forums
- Able to interpret DE&I data from management systems and to use data to influence strategy
