We are seeking a talented Communications and Engagement Partner to assist with driving organizational change management, culture transformation, and strategic communications within our Digital and Technology (DTS/IT) organization.

DTS/IT is a large, global, and growing organization that has an intricate strategy to grow and add value for K-C by striving to relentlessly build secure and innovative digital capabilities that drive profitable growth and delight our consumers and customers. Effective communications, change, and engagement strategies is crucial in ensuring that our transformational initiatives are successfully conveyed to all stakeholders.

With your deep skills in communications, you will develop and implement strategic communication plans that inform, engage, and immerse our employees in the messaging. Through clear and compelling messaging, you will communicate the benefits and objectives of our digital transformation, empowering our workforce to embrace the digital future and contribute to our collective success. Utilizing diverse channels and formats, you will craft messages that deeply resonate and foster excitement among our stakeholders.

Your expertise in change management will shine as you develop customized change management plans that align with our organizational strategy. Taking into consideration factors such as culture, leadership, and employee engagement, you will design programs that surprise and delight our employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic & Engaging Communications
    • Develop and implement content and channel strategies to facilitate effective internal communications within the organization. This includes understanding the target audience, identifying key messages, and determining the most suitable formats and channels for content distribution.
    • Develop written content that delivers clear, concise, and engaging messages in alignment with business objectives.
    • Strong graphic design skills using industry-standard design software to create visually appealing and informative materials.
    • Proficient in scriptwriting and multimedia content development.
    • Ability to tell captivating stories that resonate with audiences, evoke emotions, and enhance information retention. The role involves identifying and crafting impactful narratives that align with the communication goals of executive leaders.
    • Skilled in capturing the voice of executive leaders and effectively conveying their messages.
    • Extensive experience in editing content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all written materials, paying meticulous attention to detail. Capable of identifying errors, refining language, and maintaining a professional standard for executive leader's content.

  • Organizational Change Management & Culture Transformation
    • Assist in designing, planning, and executing change management strategies and initiatives to support successful organizational transformation.
    • Drive change adoption by developing comprehensive change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication campaigns.
    • Develop customized change management plans that align with organizational goals, taking into account factors such as culture, leadership, and employee engagement.
    • Lead cultural programs including employee engagement, well-being, recognition, mentorship, etc. to maximize the engagement of all employees that contribute to achievements of the organization and talent development.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and cross-functional teams to foster buy-in and support for change initiatives.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of change initiatives. Continuously monitor progress, assess results, and provide recommendations for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in change management and/or communications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, communications, or similar discipline
  • Experience in management consulting and working with diverse teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinking ability with the capacity to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Thrives in an ambiguous and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the proficiency to identify challenges and recommend effective strategies.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities and taking initiative to achieve results.
  • Succinct, direct, and grammatically correct communication skills.
