Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated ,forward thinking Practice Manager to join our team of 4 GPS,3ANPs,2 Practice Nurses and an administration team of 6 supported by an assistant practice manager and our current practice manager who is now leaving after serving the practice for over 40 years.
Management experience,leadership skills,competency in office IT,complaints management and effective communication skills at all levels are essential. NHS management experience may be an advantage but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership,service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

- Low waters medical centre 11 mill road Hamilton Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
