General Manager – Catering Hampton Court Palace
My client is one of leading historical palaces and is looking for a fabulous commercial strong General Manager wo work closely with the Palace on bringing innovation to the food offer! The turnover of the site is about £3million and there a strong team overseeing the many kiosks, cafes, restaurants, events and C&B. We are looking for a commercial multi site manager who has both experience of running retail food offers and events/Conference and Banqueting to be able to take on leadership for this high profile site set in stunning surroundings. You must have a genuine passion for food and allow this to shine through in everything that you do! Continually strive to offer new food trends and ideas to the client with the overall purpose of developing exciting menus and ensuring that the unit is continually offering new products and stays ahead of our competitors, whilst ensuring that all purchases are for fresh ingredients.
We are looking for someone who has a natural skill at managing clients incredibly well, building their trust and building a long and stable win win relationship. You would be joining a successful and stable company that will provide bright and real career progression, as this is such a high profile site to be in charge of – you will be the face of the company and the CEO will showcase what you do to future clients, so you need to be both incredibly articulate and polished and be confident in manner, both strategic and willing to roll up your sleeves to lead by example.
Salary £50,000 plus package
