ABOUT THE ROLE.
We are simply looking for the best General Manager in the game to lead a team across multiple departments. You’ll need to understand how to grow your business with corporate bookings and have a strong understanding of how to manage your managers. You always have your aces in places to execute the best possible guest journey through your team.
ABOUT YOU.
- MUST HAVE General Manager Experience within the hospitality industry.
- MUST HAVE experience with large venue operations.
- You have incredibly strong organisation skills and nothing falls through the net with you leading a venue and team.
- You understand GPs controls, labour budgets and controllable/fixed costs. Plus you'll understand how to manage these effectively!
- You’re obsessed with attention to detail & think the small things matter.
- You bring the best out in your team – You manage your talent pipeline to deliver on our commitments of internal progression.
- You thrive in a high volume WET led environment.
- You’re a secret compliance geek – You love a RA, a 10/10 daily Trail average score, and keeping everyone within your business safe.
