A little bit about the opportunity…
The Slug Hanover is a small cocktail bar with an upstairs bar and main ground floor operation, they benefit from a large customer base of local office staff from local shops and shoppers from the busy Oxford Street and Regent Street
Hanover Street is in the middle of a busy shopping area so it gets busy all the time but the main focus is Saturday when they are busiest for brunch lunch and pre theatre dinner going onto saturday cocktails
We are looking for a dynamic manager with a passion for cocktails and fabulous guest service. The successful candidate needs to be meticulous about standards service and execution of every area of the business. We are looking for a candidate with hospitality experience and would consider a first appointment General Manager
