As a General Manager applicant, you will have had a proven track record as a GM. You will have run your business as though you owned it and were responsible for all that walked through the doors. You will lead from the front, you will be totally hands on, and you will first and foremost, absolutely love the guest with all your heart. You will be driven to exceed their expectations; you will even know their names.
From a P&L point of view, you must know your numbers, your LFL , your growth or even your decline. You will be totally conversant to delivering both wet and dry stocks, capable of delivering a result in cash / GP or COS terms.
But you love records, and you absolutely love to smash them... Highest sales / highest ASAP / most EBITDA... you are driven by success and you only know how to win....
