Ideal Magnet Solutions inc is currently looking for a full-time, bilingual Family Assistant to support the personal and family-related needs of our General Manager. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin and familiar with the local environment in Irvine, California. Have excellent organizational skills, and previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- As a Family Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for providing support to the General Manager's day to day life, including school drop-offs and pickups for the children, as well as afterschool activities.
- Liaison with other staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain confidentiality and use discretion at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the local environment in California, including knowledge of schools, recreational facilities, and community resources.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
