GENERAL MANAGER

at Vale Farm Sports Centre

Full time position – Circa £45k plus benefits

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The Vale Farm Sports Centre is a large multiuse wet and dry site that sits at the heart of Brent. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge and looking to progress . A sales and retention focus is vital so candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards and a proven track record for success.

We need a General Manager who will…

  • Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre
  • Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects
  • Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience
  • Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members whist embracing our company values

This centre boasts 2x Swimming Pools, 140 Station gym 36 Station ladies only gym, 5 Court sports hall, 3 x Group exercise studios, Full size outdoor 3G football pitch, Full size grass football pitch, 2 x Squash courts, 2 x Meeting rooms, Health Suite, Table tennis area, Learning Hub, therefore requires a manager who can inspire and lead a team.

Salary: £44,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
