General Farm Worker required for Dairy Farm Launceston, England

Hi, we have a vacancy for a General Farm Worker / tractor driver with milking experience.
We currently milk 150 - 160 cows on 400 acres and have a total stock (all dairy) of 300.
We grow all our own cereals and maize and need a responsible person to undertake both milking assistance and in season, a range of tractor work, inc' ploughing, drilling, cutting, silaging and trimming. We would welcome all ages but experience and attention to detail is a must. We currently operate a 3 days on, 3 days off rota for milking assistance but would look to add extra hours for tractor work when required.
Salary would be based on experience although additional work could be found for spouse / partner if required. There is currently NO ACCOMODATION but for a truly exceptional candidate consideration would be given
