Kingdom of Sweets has 16 retail shops across the UK, Ireland, Germany and Netherlands and we are looking for an experienced General Accounts assistant to join our growing Accounts department as it moves into the exciting next phase of business expansion.

Duties

• Sales ledger: Production of Sales Journals, Reconciliation of EPOS to Bank
• Purchase ledger: Entering purchase Invoices, accounts payable and supplier reconciliations
• Bank Reconcilliation: Daily Bank reconciliation for 10 bank accounts
• Payroll: Supporting Payroll manager with reviewing time sheets and entering hours onto payroll system

The Person Qualifications and Skills

• 3 years in the above duties
• AAT/ Part qualified CCAB
• Excel Intermediate SUMIFS, VLOOKUP AND PIVOTS
• Sage 50, Sage Payroll, Xero accounts software

Must be enthusiastic with the right attitude to be involved with all aspects of accounts.

Flexible working hours. Role is office based. Available within 4 weeks/immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (required)
